    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of comprehensive project management experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Project Planning and Execution:
    - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and client requirements.
    - Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    2. Team Leadership:
    - Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
    - Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
    3. Stakeholder Management:
    - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
    - Manage client expectations and ensure the timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
    4. Budget and Cost Control:
    - Develop and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial goals are met.
    - Implement effective cost control measures to prevent budget overruns.
    5. Quality Assurance:
    - Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
    - Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
    6. Risk Management:
    - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    - Proactively address issues as they arise, making data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
    7. Reporting and Documentation:
    - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant records.
    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
    - Proven experience managing projects in KSA or the GCC region is highly desirable.
    - Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and construction practices.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Proficient in project management software and tools.
