    Duties:
    Strategic Planning:
    - Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
    Procurement:
    - Manage the procurement process for raw materials and components, ensuring timely availability while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
    - Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.
    Inventory Management:
    - Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
    - Conduct regular assessments to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts and production schedules.
    Logistics Coordination:
    - Oversee the transportation and distribution of materials to meet production requirements.
    - Work closely with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes and reduce lead times.
    Quality Assurance:
    - Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that materials meet required specifications and standards.
    - Implement measures to address quality issues and prevent supply chain disruptions.
    Managerial Duties:
    •Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical and project management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
    •Establish and guide the team to an effective and timely measurement of project/engineering performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    •Ensures a positive, safe, secure, and legal work environment.
    •Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    •Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
    •Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
    •Manage and control the departments' budgets, personnel, and resources efficiently to achieve strategic objectives and meet project demands.
    •Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure projects success.
    •Monitor projects performance against KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
    •Prepare and present comprehensive reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    •Review objectives, identify, and evaluate trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes.
    •Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, overview the annual budget, expenditures, analyzing variances, and guiding corrective actions.
    •Perform regular checks to ensure that the quality and customer service standards are followed by the team and implemented and resolve any quality problems linked to the function
    General Administrative Duties
    •Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to review progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.
    •Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.
    •Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.
    •Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR & Admin Department.
    •Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
    •Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
    •Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position in case of absence or whenever the need arises.
    Qualification:
    -B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, B.A in Business Administration or, Supply Chain Management, or in a related field, MBA is preferred.
    -20+ years of experience with 10 years in managerial role.
    -Bi-Lingual with an excellent command of English.
