    Technical Duties:
    Quality Assurance (QA) Duties:
    Develop and Implement QA Policies and Procedures:
    •Create, update, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    •Establish and communicate quality standards for product development, manufacturing, or service delivery.
    Quality Planning:
    •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quality plans for projects and processes.
    •Identify and prioritize areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    •Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
    •Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management.
    Continuous Improvement:
    •Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    •Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and operational effectiveness.
    Customer Satisfaction:
    •Monitor customer feedback and complaints and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
    •Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Regulatory Compliance:
    •Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
    •Ensure that the organization complies with relevant quality and safety regulations.
    Quality Control (QC) Duties:
    •Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to guarantee product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
    •Manage conducting inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    •Manage a team of quality control inspectors, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
    •Ensure and maintain quality metrics and reports for management review.
    General Administrative Duties
    •Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates for review progress and workflow, discuss their suggestions and take suitable actions accordingly.
    •Prepare periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.
    •Specify manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.
    •Identify training needs of subordinates and evaluate the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR & Admin Department.
    •Follow-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.
    •Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommendation necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.
    •Nominate a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position in case of absence or whenever the need arises.
    Job Specification
    Required Educational Level and Certificates
    -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any related filed, MBA is preferred.
    Required Experience
    -Proven experience 10 - 15 years in Manufacturing industry with last 5 years in managerial level.
    Required Professional Knowledge
    -Professional Knowledge in Statistical Analysis Techniques and Tools.
    -Professional Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 standards and OHSAS 45001.
    -Certified auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001.
    -Professional knowledge in Six Sigma or TQM.
    -Excellent leadership & communication skills.
    -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    -Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    -Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    -Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
    -Adept at data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
    -Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    -Native Arabic speaker and fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
