  • Description:
    Our client is a leading manufacturing company in heavy metals industry , the ideal candidate be a Saudi national to accomplish the following tasks • Endorsing guidelines and policies on several areas such as use of Subsidiary assets, facilities maintenance, compensation and benefits, travel and accommodation, and reimbursements of work-related expenses, among others.
    • Leading the development and implementation of manpower planning and career path development.
    • Administering the formulation of recruitment, testing, and selecting policies and ensuring the application of equal opportunity principle.
    • Supervising the preparation of HR statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, promotion, transfer, termination and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed.
    • Ensuring the availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions by coordinating with department managers at the subsidiary to know any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions and developing job descriptions for the new established positions.
    • Monitoring the implementation of training policies and programs and administering training needs analysis and assessment, and accordingly supervising the preparation of annual training plan.
    • Supervising the development of internal training programs for new employees to familiarize them with the subsidiary policies and procedures.
    • Managing tasks related to the personnel for the employees at the subsidiary, this includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, discipline, etc. in addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, visitors visit visa, and other legal documents related to employees.
    • Reviewing and approving requests for salary advances, annual vacations, emergency leave and other similar matters requiring cash disbursements (vacation payments, air tickets, etc.) and reconciles the same with the provisions of the existing contract of employment.
    • Monitoring, reviewing, and validating employee time sheets including rendered overtime work, absences, and other deviations critical to payroll computation and disbursements. .
