  1. Arabic Speakers only , worked in a listed company is a plus
  2. Strong experience in Saudi Market and The legal system of Saudi Arabia
  3. Preferably who is residing inside Saudi Arabia
  4. Must have experience with Real Estate Development Companies / Governance / Stock Market Listed Companies.
  5. Age between 40 – 50 years
  6. Proficiency in English language
  7. Familiar with labor office laws
  8. Full knowledge of legal platforms (Najez and the Labor Office)
  9. Participate in providing legal advice and recommendations on important legal matters and support the decision
