  Specialized knowledge & Desired Skillset & Abilities:

  • 5 to 10 years relevant work experience in SAP PS, IM and PPM.
  • IM/PS configuration experience.
  • Extended knowledge and experience on RICEF
  • Know the integration points and 'tie-ins' with other modules
  • Familiarity with SAP Charm and Solution Manager
  • Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Make quality decisions
