  Responsibilities:
  As a Senior Projects Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our major civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and a proven ability to lead successful project teams. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Project Leadership:
  - Lead and manage large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  - Provide strategic direction and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  2. Team Management:
  - Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  - Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and other team members.
  3. Project Planning and Execution:
  - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  - Implement effective project management processes and methodologies.
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
  - Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  - Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.
  5. Quality Assurance:
  - Implement and uphold quality standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  - Conduct thorough project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  - 15 to 20 years of prior experience in civil engineering, with a focus on mega projects.
  - Proven track record in project management, demonstrating successful project delivery.
  - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferable.
  - Strong understanding of GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) regulations and market dynamics.
  - Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
