Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and execute project plans for landscape design, construction, and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to translate creative concepts into feasible technical plans.

•Possess a comprehensive understanding of landscape design principles, horticulture, irrigation systems, soil science, and construction methodologies.
•Ensure that all landscape projects adhere to the highest quality standards and meet or exceed client expectations.
•Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects.
•Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
•Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
•Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
•Generate regular reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics for management and clients.
•Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
•Proven experience in landscape design, construction, and project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
•Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
•In-depth knowledge of landscape design software, CAD programs, and project management tools.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
•Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex challenges in landscape projects.
