    Responsibilities:
    •Direct and manage construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with specifications, standards, and specific project requirements.
    •Coordinate with subcontractors and the construction team.
    •Prepare internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, forecasts, and deliverables.
    •Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure construction meets company standards and relevant industry techniques and processes, while ensuring the client’s requirements are fully met.
    •Review project progress on daily basis to ensure quality construction standards are met, ensure compliance with project budget and any potential deviations.
    •Manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and meets the client requirements.
    •Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the execution process from hiring subcontractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
    •Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
    •Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
    •Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, project specifications, policies methodology and standards, QA/QC procedures, and safety and health requirements…etc.
    •Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing and issuing submittals and other required paperwork.
    •Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites as required.
    •Address any non-conformities or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
    Requirements:
    •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    •Proven experience as a Construction Manager with minimum 8+years of experience, and a minimum of 5 years in landscape projects.
    •Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    •Strong leadership and team management skills.
    •Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills .
    •Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, ...etc.).
    •Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
    •Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    •Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    •Very good command of spoken and written English.
    •Satisfactory knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera.
    •Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills.
