  • Description:
    • Arabic and English language fluency is a must
    • Experience in the KSA is required
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Recycling & Manufacturing industries
    • Hands-on experience in management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in recycling
    • Technical competencies in manufacturing and supply chain
    • Prepares the annual plan and budget for the Processing function in support of the BU’s and AQR’s objectives
    • Facilitates the allocation of resources (capital, equipment, human resources) to deliver target operational results
    • Cascades the Processing budget into actionable goals
    • Directs the purchase and layout of the processing equipment
    • Establishes workflow and methods to maximize efficiency and quality of Processing operations
    • Implements production planning and directs workforce utilization
    • Coordinates closely with Purchasing and with Sales functions to align purchasing plans, production plans, and sales plans to optimize inventory and working capital
    • Coordinates closely with Equipment Management for ensuring the smooth operation and minimal breakdown of productive machinery in all Processing facilities
    • Monitors and drives performance of Processing facilities against defined objectives, including processing efficiency, productivity quality, and safety
    • Drives continuous improvement in Processing facilities through implementation of LEAN principles
    • Ensures the health and safety of all Processing personnel
    • Ensures that Processing facilities remain in full compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Coordinates closely with Facilities Expansion for the successful implementation of new facilities
    • Identifies and tracks KPIs for the processing activity, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement
    • Develops and institutionalizes AQR’s data, know-how, and capabilities in scrap material processing
    • Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal, and succession planning of all direct reports
