  • Arabic and English language fluency is required
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Recycling & Manufacturing industries
  • Hands-on experience in management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in recycling
  • Experience in a supply chain management role, preferably within the metals industry.
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing warehouse management systems and materials handling systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP SAP system.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • SAP MM Experience is preferable.
