  Responsibilities:
  •Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
  •Understand customer expectations of and needs from a product.
  •Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met.
  •Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
  •Record findings and relay this information to the production team.
  •Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing.
  •Ensure that products adhere to quality standards.
  •Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
  •Collaborate with the Top management team to set quality benchmarks.
  •Eliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
  •Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
  •Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
  •Develop and initiate methods to qualify, certify and maintain domestic or low-cost region suppliers in accordance with ISO/API standards.
  •Responsible for developing and managing the Management Review Board meeting.
  •Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints with Top Management.
  Qualifications:
  •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or other disciplines.
  •Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  •Quality Management certifications.
  •Quality Assurance and Control.
  •ISO 9001:2015, Health and Safety.
  •Attention to detail.
  •Problem solving.
  •Written and oral communication.
  •Commercial awareness.
  •Excellent project management skills.
