    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Project Planning and Execution:
    - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
    - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
    - Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
    - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
    - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    - Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to review progress and gather feedback.
    3. Team Leadership and Development:
    - Lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
    - Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    - Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
    4. Resource Management:
    - Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance.
    - Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    - Oversee cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
    5. Continuous Improvement:
    - Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
    - Implement best practices in project management to enhance overall project delivery.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    - Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the switchgear or electrical equipment industry.
    - In-depth knowledge of switchgear systems, including circuit breakers, disconnect switches, fuses, relays, and control devices..
    - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
    - Proficient in project management tools and software.
    - PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
