    ►Job Purpose:
    •To support the development and implementation of BIM across construction projections, by ensuring the supply chain deliver information and data requirements according to contract and to drive consistency in delivery. Align information requirements through design, construction and facilities management. Be the point of contact for all information matters for the team and supply chain (consultants and contractors)
    •Staying up to date on BIM trends and technologies. Responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest BIM trends and technologies to ensure that the design office is using the most effective BIM tools and techniques.
    •Creating and managing BIM documentation which includes BIM docs and BEP.
    •Managing the BIM data exchange process which involves ensuring that BIM data is exchangeable between different software platforms and stakeholders.
    ►Leadership
    •Coordinate the activities of the Digital Delivery team and supply chain to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.
    •Manage the team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
    •Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to the vision, mission, values, fundamentals and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources, and continuously improve performance.
    ►Budget: Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
    ►BIM Implementation and Development:
    •Define with Digital Delivery director the BIM standards related to BIM and ensure that those standards suits projects.
    •Manage the supply chain to deliver high quality information, data and models to the management and manage the delivery of information to the team and supply chain in line to contract requirements.
    •Manage different factors that affect BIM development and analysis (logistics, project schedule specs, sensor, control management, etc.) in order to integrate them in the model and contribute to the success of the BIM system.
    •Develop Employers Information Requirements for each asset and work with consultants and contractors to ensure proposed BIM Execution Plans are aligned to standards.
    •Assess different factors that affect BIM development and analysis (logistics, project schedule specs, sensor, control management, etc.) and ensure supply chain delivery high quality data into the model to contribute to the success of the BIM system.
    •Implementation of open BIM standards (such as IFC or building SMART) and international standards such as BS EN ISO 19650 or PAS1192 series.
    •Manage the legal implications of delivering good practice BIM and develop specific BIM protocols and legal frameworks to drive contract creation.
    •Experience of implementing and managing a Common Data Environment to international standards. Experience of delivery through Autodesk BIM360.
    •Assist with the integration of other data sources such as GIS and PMIS with the BIM data to provide Facilities Management, Asset Management and Smart Destination capabilities.
    ►Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports:
    •Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
    •Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.
    ►Qualifications:
    •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    •Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM engineering or project management.
    •Proficiency in BIM software platforms, such as Autodesk Revit.
    •Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    •Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM on complex engineering projects.
    •BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
    ►Skills:
