    We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team as an Owner's Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Civil Engineering, with a deep understanding of design principles, on-site supervision, project control, and management. The individual should excel in communication at the design level, be adept in local tendering processes, and have extensive knowledge of FIDIC standards along with local practices. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role.
    Responsibilities:
    - Design Communication: Effectively communicate at the design level with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
    - Project Management: Oversee all aspects of civil projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
    - On-Site Supervision: Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and supervision to construction teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
    - Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including tendering processes, bid evaluations, and contractor selection. Ensure adherence to FIDIC standards and local regulations.
    - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
    - Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
    - Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold project standards and deliverables.
    - Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
    - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and records. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
    - Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on achieving project goals.
    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    - Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in civil project management, with a focus on owner's representation.
    - Solid comprehension of civil engineering design principles and practices.
    - Extensive experience in on-site supervision, control, and management of civil construction projects.
    - In-depth knowledge of local tendering processes, regulations, and industry practices.
    - Proficiency in FIDIC standards and familiarity with local contract laws and regulations.
    - Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    - Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
    - Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
    - Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality assurance and project excellence.
    - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
