Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial engineering, with a minimum of 12 years in relevant roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership: Direct and manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of production staff, supervisors, and engineers to achieve production targets and operational excellence.
3. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
4. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
5. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage plant budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
6. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain efficient supply chains and high-quality materials.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
8. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Address equipment malfunctions promptly, coordinate maintenance schedules, and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in plant management or related roles.
- Proven track record in Manufacturing, particularly in Paper and Cardboard Industry, or Cement Packing Industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
