    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Managing ERP projects, across the project lifecycle, to ensure delivery in time and budget, including management of external system implementers and subcontractors.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams internally, as well as with external vendors / contractors, for Solution/ Vendor selection to provide best-fit solution for Business requirements.
    • Managing ERP applications teams and resources.
    • Managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycles.
    • Managing large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units.
    • Ensuring adherence to project management methodology and practices, providing project management mentoring, performing project reviews and reinforcing the enterprise knowledge. Qualifications and Requirements
    • Masters level degree (Science, Engineering or Business Administration, with IT background)
    • SAP/ Enablon/ PlanOn/ Microsoft Dynamics/ Other ERP certification preferred
    • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or similar) preferred.
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools/software and techniques.
    • 6-8 years of ERP Project Management experience in implementation and support
    • Good knowledge and exposure of utility company environment is a plus
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools (software) and techniques (mechanisms applied to inputs), and phases of the project lifecycle.
    • Experience and knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies in a project implementation context.
    • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Experience in staff management of a diverse technical team.
    • Broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems.
    • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with developing project management processes, controls, guidelines, and templates.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in layman’s terms, both verbally and in writing.
    • Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
    • Proficient in spoken and written English.
    • Good knowledge of utility companies and environment exposure is a plus.
