  Position Overview:
  We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Cost Control Manager with an engineering background and over 15 years of experience in the contracting and construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cost control, budget management, and financial reporting within large-scale construction projects. Prior experience in the GCC region is highly desirable but not a must. The successful candidate will be proficient in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to ensure efficient financial management of construction projects.
  - Monitor and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
  - Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements for senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
  - Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial regulations.
  - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage financial agreements.
  - Provide strategic guidance on cost estimation, risk management, and value engineering to support project planning and execution.
  - Utilize advanced cost control software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
  - Train and mentor junior cost control staff to build a proficient and knowledgeable team.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a plus.
  - Minimum of 15 years of experience in cost control within the contracting and construction industry, with significant experience in large-scale projects.
  - Proven track record of managing cost control functions in the GCC region.
  - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  - Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  - Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
  - Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance standards in the GCC.
