    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineering Technical Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure construction and possess extensive experience in managing technical office operations. Prior experience in the GCC region is highly desirable. The candidate must be bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team, ensuring all engineering activities comply with industry standards and project specifications.
    - Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of infrastructure construction projects, from inception to completion.
    - Design Review: Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with local regulations and international standards.
    - Documentation Management: Manage all technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, contracts, and reports. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
    - Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and material quality.
    - Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize project profitability.
    - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
    - Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that arise.
    - Team Development: Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    - Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    - Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure construction.
    - Proven experience managing technical office operations for large-scale infrastructure projects.
    - Prior experience working in the GCC region is highly preferred.
    - Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
    - Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
    - Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
