  We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager with an engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically from a contracting background. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential. Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region is highly advantageous.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - HSE Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment across all project sites.
  - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Liaise with regulatory bodies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC to ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met.
  - Risk Management: Identify potential hazards and implement effective risk management strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to proactively address safety concerns.
  - Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees at all levels. Foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
  - Incident Management: Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  - Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor HSE performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on HSE performance and initiatives.
  - Contractor Coordination: Oversee and manage HSE performance of subcontractors and ensure they adhere to company and regulatory safety standards.
  - Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Coordinate drills and ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
  - Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and integrate sustainability practices within project operations. Lead initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of construction activities.
  - Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to HSE objectives.
  Qualifications:
  - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related field). Advanced HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
  - Experience: Minimum of 15 years of HSE experience in the construction industry, with a strong contracting background.
  - Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  - Regional Experience: Demonstrated experience working in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region is highly preferred.
  - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices within the construction industry. Proficient in risk assessment and management.
  - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
  - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of handling complex safety challenges in a dynamic construction environment.
