  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QC Civil Engineer specializing in Infrastructure projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in quality control within the construction and contracting industry. The candidate must be bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English, and possess a deep understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements in infrastructure projects.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Quality Assurance and Control:
  - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and policies for infrastructure projects.
  - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  - Review and approve materials, workmanship, and finished construction to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  - Project Management:
  - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality control measures are integrated into the project planning and execution phases.
  - Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
  - Documentation and Reporting:
  - Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions.
  - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits for future reference and regulatory compliance.
  - Training and Development:
  - Conduct training sessions for project staff and contractors on quality control procedures and best practices.
  - Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve quality control processes.
  - Risk Management:
  - Identify potential risks related to quality and develop mitigation plans.
  - Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are adhered to during project execution.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CQE) is a plus.
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control within the construction and contracting industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  - Extensive knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team and stakeholders.
  - Proficient in project management software and tools.
  - Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
