  Position Responsibilities

  1. The HR executive manager will create strategies and internal systems.
  2. Talent Acquisition.
  3. Employee Relations.
  4. Performance and Compensation Management.
  5. HR policies interpretation and implementation.
  6. Company and employee growth management.
  7. HR System: Falcons/ Odoo.
  8. Job location:Amman-base but might need to travel to KSA.
  9. HR Manager should be able to manage a company of two branches in Jordan & KSA

  Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with a minimum of (8-12) years of experience in the human capital role.
  • Nationality:Jordanian
  • Demonstrated In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices in the various HR functional areas, especially in corporate organization development, change management, and employee relations.
  • Outstanding analytical thinker, problem solver, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
  • Ability to coach and influence to achieve business results.
