  A leading supplier of wood building materials in Saudi Arabia, known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Market & Product Manager to join our team and drive our market presence and product offerings to new heights.
  Key Responsibilities
  - Market Analysis & Strategy:
  - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the wood building materials sector in Saudi Arabia.
  - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  - Monitor market conditions and provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
  - Product Management:
  - Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle management of wood building materials products.
  - Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet market demands and quality standards.
  - Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or new product introductions.
  - Sales & Business Development:
  - Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base and enter new market segments.
  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  - Marketing & Promotion:
  - Design and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  - Create compelling marketing materials and content to support sales and brand awareness.
  - Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  - Customer Focus:
  - Ensure exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  - Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
  - Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  - Leadership & Collaboration:
  - Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals.
  - Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  - Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the industry.
  Qualifications
  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  - 10+ years of experience in market and product management within the wood building materials industry, specifically in the Saudi market.
  - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, driving market growth, and achieving sales targets.
  - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  - Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  - Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required.
  - Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving goals.
  - Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and act proactively.
