  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet regional sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and motivate a team of district managers and sales representatives.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources and budgets across the region.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners
