  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • 3-8 years of talent development experience.
  • Certification from HRCI, CIPD, or SHRM is advantageous.
  • Training and certifications in HRD are preferred.

  Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset for training needs assessments.
  • Familiarity with HRMS features related to HRD.

  Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR development processes, including planning and implementing learning activities.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and design learning interventions.
  • Plan HRD initiatives aligned with company objectives and oversee training methods.
  • Collaborate with unit managers to determine learning objectives.
  • Monitor and improve training and development methods.
  • Supervise training sessions and ensure professional delivery.
  • Analyze the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.
  • Select training providers and review training material.
  • Provide career advancement training and onboarding support.
  • Maintain training documentation and utilize HRMS features efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other HR units for integrated HR functions.
  • Participate in safety meetings and ensure safety compliance.
