  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational design and developing compensation programs.
  • Preferably experienced in industrial companies or HR consulting firms.
  • International certifications from HRCI, CIPD, or SHRM are advantageous.

  Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in business writing and strategic planning.

  Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Company's organizational structure.
  • Ensure correct job titles and responsibilities within the structure.
  • Conduct job analysis and create/update job descriptions.
  • Perform job evaluations and design reward programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and provide results for management decisions.
  • Facilitate employee career advancement and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR units for succession planning and employee development.
  • Execute HR operations and provide reports on organizational design processes.
  • Utilize company-approved computerized systems.
  • Assist in other HR functions as required.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and safety procedures.
