• Description:
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer Designer with a strong contracting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), and telecom networks for infrastructure projects. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop detailed electrical designs for MV, LV, and telecom networks for various infrastructure projects.
  - Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using industry-standard software.
  - Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  - Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
  - Provide technical support during the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFI's (Requests for Information), and conducting site inspections.
  - Prepare and review electrical tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities.
  - Evaluate contractor bids and proposals for electrical works.
  - Monitor and control project budgets related to electrical design and installations.
  - Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  - Perform site visits to verify installation quality and compliance with design intent.
  - Identify and resolve any design or construction issues.
  - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  - Provide technical presentations and reports to clients and project stakeholders.
  - Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry partners.
  Qualifications and Skills:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design, specifically in MV, LV, and telecom networks for infrastructure projects.
  - Proven experience in a contracting environment.
  - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
  - Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  - Ability to perform electrical load calculations and system analyses.
  - Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  - Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
