  The Senior Draftsman will create detailed structural shop drawings and manage BIM processes for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in drafting, particularly within a contracting environment, with strong skills in structural detailing and BIM methodologies.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Structural Shop Drawings: Prepare and revise detailed structural shop drawings.
  - BIM Coordination: Develop and manage BIM models.
  - Project Documentation: Maintain updated project documentation.
  - Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and project managers.
  - Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings and BIM models.
  - Technical Support: Provide guidance to junior draftsmen.
  - Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  Required Qualifications:
  - Experience: 8+ years as a Draftsman in the contracting industry.
  - Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools.
