  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in civil works and construction, with a specific emphasis on landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects and landscaping work, including coordinating resources, overseeing budgets, and ensuring timely project completion. The role requires a bilingual candidate with experience working in the GCC region.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction and landscaping projects.
  - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project phases.
  - Ensure all projects meet the required safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  - Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
  - Manage project risks and provide solutions for any issues or delays that arise.
  - Ensure compliance with GCC construction regulations and standards.
  - Utilize a hands-on approach when needed to monitor site activities, address issues, and implement improvements.
  - Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a productive work environment.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  - PMP or other Project Management certifications (preferred).
  - 12+ years of experience in civil works and construction, with at least 5 years managing landscaping projects.
  - Proven experience working in the GCC region with in-depth knowledge of local regulations and standards.
  - Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  - Strong leadership and communication skills.
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  - Experience with large-scale landscaping projects such as parks, public spaces, or luxury real estate developments.
  - Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
