  We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technical Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in mechanical design, value engineering, and BIM modeling, ensuring compliance with international building codes and standards while delivering innovative solutions for clients and contractors.
  Key Responsibilities:
  •Design and develop mechanical systems for MEP projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  •Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver coordinated mechanical designs.
  •Perform value engineering to optimize system performance and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
  •Use advanced mechanical design software and 3D BIM modeling tools to develop and implement project designs.
  •Ensure compliance with international mechanical codes, standards, and LEED requirements.
  •Prepare technical reports, shop drawings, and specifications for mechanical systems.
  •Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify technical issues, and propose solutions.
  •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  •Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team during design and construction phases.
  Qualifications and Requirements:
  •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  •A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design and technical roles for MEP projects.
  •Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design and implementation.
  •Proficiency in 3D BIM modeling and mechanical design software.
  •Comprehensive knowledge of international mechanical codes, standards, and LEED certification requirements.
  •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  •GCC experience is preferred.
  •Professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, HVAC certifications) are a plus.
