  We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in MEP projects to oversee and deliver high-quality electrical system designs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, value engineering, and 3D BIM modeling, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.
  Key Responsibilities:
  •Design and develop electrical systems for MEP projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems.
  •Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated electrical designs.
  •Perform value engineering to enhance electrical system performance and efficiency.
  •Utilize advanced electrical design software and 3D BIM modeling tools for project development.
  •Ensure adherence to international electrical codes, standards, and LEED requirements.
  •Prepare technical documents, including shop drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
  •Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose solutions.
  •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  Qualifications and Requirements:
  •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  •A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design and technical roles for MEP projects.
  •Expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, and low-current systems design.
  •Advanced proficiency in 3D BIM modeling and electrical design software.
  •Comprehensive understanding of international electrical codes, standards, and LEED certification requirements.
  •Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  •GCC experience is preferred.
  •Professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, PMP) are a plus.
