Our client is a leading group with working in various industry and focused on Real Estate development , we are looking for an Arabic Speaker candidate who is familiar with Balanced score card frame work and can deliver the following:
Strategic Goal Setting and Alignment:
o Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to distil corporate
strategy into clear, actionable objectives.
o Translate Group goals into departmental scorecards, ensuring alignment with cross-
functional priorities.
o Facilitate the development and deployment of cascading KPIs, creating a coherent linkage
between organizational strategy and individual accountability.
Performance Management Framework Development:
o Design and implement a comprehensive performance management architecture,
integrating best-in-class methodologies and systems to track, measure, and enhance
performance at all levels.
o Develop and enforce governance mechanisms to ensure consistency, fairness, and
objectivity in performance evaluations across the organization.
o Drive innovation in the performance management process, leveraging advanced
technologies and analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
End-to-End Performance Cycle Administration:
o Oversee the annual performance cycle, including goal-setting, objective setting, objectives
cascading, ongoing performance tracking, periodic assessments, and year-end reviews.
o Manage the calibration process to ensure alignment of performance ratings with
organizational outcomes and market benchmarks.
o Provide robust feedback mechanisms that promote continuous development and align
individual contributions with organizational needs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building:
o Serve as a trusted advisor to the Group senior leadership, providing insights and
recommendations on performance trends and strategies.
o Lead the design and delivery of training programs to equip managers and employees with
the tools and knowledge to set, measure, and achieve performance objectives.
o Cultivate a culture of high performance, resilience, and innovation by embedding
recognition and development practices into the performance management process.
Analytics, Reporting, and Insights:
o Develop and maintain sophisticated analytics tools and dashboards to provide real-time
visibility into performance trends and gaps.
o Conduct advanced data analyses to uncover actionable insights, enabling evidence-based
decision-making at the executive level.
o Present comprehensive performance reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting strategic
risks, opportunities, and alignment with business objectives.
Policy Development and Compliance:
o Establish and refine performance management policies, ensuring alignment with
organizational strategy, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
o Monitor compliance with established processes, identifying areas for improvement and
driving consistent application across business units.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Preferred Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Capital, Industrial
Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PMP) are highly
desirable.
Experience:
o 8+ years of progressive experience in performance management, organizational
effectiveness, or a similar field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
o Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale performance management
systems within complex, matrixed organizations in Saudi Arabia.
Skills and Competencies:
o Bilingual English and Arabic languages is a must.
o Expertise in goal cascading, KPI / KRI design, and advanced performance analytics.
o Mastery of performance management tools and platforms, with demonstrated experience in
system optimization.
o Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all
organizational levels.
o Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, with a talent for
translating data into strategic insights.
