    Technical Sales Engineer – Jordan Market
    Responsibilities:
    - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in Jordan across Oil & Gas, Water, Defence, Army, and Industrial Networks sectors.
    - Conduct meetings and client engagements throughout key cities in Jordan to ensure broad market coverage.
    - Identify and secure new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
    - Serve as a technical-commercial liaison between clients and international manufacturers (principals).
    - Manage the entire tendering process including technical proposals, pricing, compliance, and delivery follow-ups.
    - Foster long-term relationships with consultants, Engineering, Procurement and Construction firms (EPCs), ministries, and key decision-makers including senior government and military officials.
    - Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to both UAE headquarters and local Jordan leadership.
    - Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and executive-level meetings with confidence.
    - Effectively utilize all available sales tools and company resources to generate and close business deals.
    - Participate in full training programs conducted in the UAE, covering onboarding and continuous learning on new products, technologies, and market trends.
    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial disciplines.
    - 3–6 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering sales, or project business development.
    - Proven experience in project-based sales to Oil & Gas, Water Authorities, and Defence Ministries.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    - Demonstrated ability to build high-level business relationships with confidence and professionalism.
    - Willingness to travel extensively within Jordan and occasionally to the UAE for training or strategy meetings.
    - Preferably under 35 years of age.
    - Jordanian nationality or permanent residency in Jordan.
    - Fluency in both Arabic and English.
