• Description:
  Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for agricultural and livestock commodity purchases.
  - Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery of livestock and related feed.
  - Manage the procurement of soya, corn, poultry feed, cattle feed, and livestock such as chickens and cattle.
  - Monitor market trends and commodity prices to inform and optimize purchasing decisions.
  - Ensure compliance with internal company policies and industry-specific regulations.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor databases.
  - Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to enhance procurement efficiency and coordination.
  Requirements:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on commodities and livestock.
  - Demonstrated experience in sourcing and purchasing livestock (cattle, chickens, poultry) and their feed products.
  - Strong skills in negotiation, analytics, and communication.
  - Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
