  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of secure enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, SD-WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Configure and manage Cisco network devices and Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls in compliance with best practices and Saudi cybersecurity standards.
  • Implement and maintain SD-WAN architectures to enhance branch connectivity, redundancy, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi NCA cybersecurity controls, including CCC, ECC, and VCC, and support audits and risk assessments.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to network and security incidents in alignment with national guidelines and internal policies.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation plans according to NCA requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on network architecture, security configurations, and incident response procedures.
  • Coordinate penetration testing, data loss prevention strategies, and business continuity measures.
  • Provide cybersecurity awareness and compliance training to internal IT staff as required.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure alignment with SAMA, CITC, NCA, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers while ensuring contractual and technical compliance with Saudi cybersecurity laws.

    Required Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years in network and cybersecurity roles with at least 2 years in leadership capacity.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet/FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity frameworks such as: NCA Cybersecurity Controls (CCC, ECC, VCC)
  • SAMA Cybersecurity Framework
  • CITC Guidelines and Compliance
  • Strong command of network protocols (BGP, OSPF), firewall policies, IPS/IDS, VPNs, NAT, segmentation, and monitoring tools. Experience implementing and enforcing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) strategies based on Saudi regulations.

  • Regulatory: NCA-compliant cybersecurity training or certificates (e.g., NCA CCC Practitioner)
