  • Description:
    Responsibilities:
    - Oversee and commercially manage Building Management System (BMS) services and new project implementations.
    - Plan and ensure optimal allocation and utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
    - Provide technical and operational support to BMS field engineers and site teams.
    - Monitor and report daily progress against key performance indicators and business metrics.
    - Supervise and enhance maintenance operations, focusing on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) compliance and effectiveness.
    - Ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance activities and service contracts.
    - Lead and manage team training programs and quality assurance initiatives.
    - Communicate upgrade requirements, service improvement opportunities, and potential add-on services to service sales and management teams.
    - Maintain and update records, logs, and documentation to support analysis and reporting on maintenance and service issues.
    - Review and prepare invoice requests with all necessary supporting documents, including site certifications, to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
    - 5–8 years of experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) industry, with expertise in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), BMS, and low current systems.
    - Solid experience in maintenance management, particularly in PPM planning and execution.
    - Proven ability to manage technical projects with on-time and budget-conscious delivery.
    - Demonstrated leadership in team management, mentoring, and strategic operations planning.
    - Strong understanding of BMS systems operations, diagnostics, and optimization strategies.
    - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    - Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    - Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
