Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service and maintenance strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for client projects.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, including response time, fix rate, and client satisfaction.
- Supervise engineers, technicians, and helpers, ensuring skill competency and high performance.
- Allocate manpower based on job priority and technician expertise.
- Conduct regular training sessions and safety briefings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional service.
- Address and resolve major client complaints, including root-cause analysis.
- Conduct site visits to assess service quality and offer technical support.
- Guide technical maintenance of pool systems such as filtration, dosing, heating, and lighting.
- Review and ensure completeness of maintenance reports and service documentation.
- Oversee inventory usage of tools, chemicals, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with Installation and Projects teams for warranty and defect liability matters.
- Work with Procurement to ensure spare part availability.
- Collaborate with Finance on invoicing and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management.
- Prepare monthly performance, incident, and feedback reports.
- Maintain detailed records of AMCs, service history, and warranties.
- Ensure accurate documentation of completed jobs, technician time sheets, and material usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient in pool equipment maintenance, including dosing systems and technical tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, maintenance scheduling software, and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
