  Responsibilities:
  -Manage R&D projects from conception to completion within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
  -Lead and mentor a team of engineers and scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  -Oversee planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects, ensuring resource efficiency including personnel, equipment, and budget.
  -Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and production to align R&D efforts with business needs.
  -Drive the development and optimization of new or existing products, ensuring alignment with market trends and strategic goals.
  -Design prototypes, conduct trials, and refine products prior to commercialization.
  -Promote continuous learning within the team and stay current with technological advancements.
  -Communicate R&D progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  Requirements:
  -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  -Advanced degrees or certifications in Research and Development, Product Design, or related fields are advantageous.
  -5–7 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
  -Proven experience managing R&D projects and leading engineering or scientific teams.
  -Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  -Knowledge of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, and related accessories.
  -Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
  -Understanding of material science and manufacturing processes.
  -Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications are preferred.
  -Ability to conduct and analyze experimental tests and simulations.
