    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets across all solution areas, aligned with client digitalization needs.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed quotas and foster continuous improvement.
    • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery that addresses evolving digital requirements.
    • Analyze market trends and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. A Master's is a plus.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management/leadership role in cybersecurity, IT solutions, or enterprise software.
    • Proven experience working effectively within the GCC market.
    • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of:
    • Cybersecurity (Network, Endpoint, Cloud Security, SIEM).
    • Networking technologies, including proficiency with Cisco and Aruba solutions (Routers, Switches, Wireless, SD-WAN, SASE).
    • Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) concepts and platforms.
    • An understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data concepts is a strong advantage, reflecting our commitment to future-ready IT solutions.
    • Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software.
    • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a strong advantage.
