  Leasing Manager – Mall

  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment strategies to increase the return on owned or managed malls.
  • Analyze new investment opportunities (mall acquisitions, expansions, developments, partnerships).
  • Prepare feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial viability assessments for projects.
  • Monitor the performance of current assets and provide regular reports to management on performance and returns.
  • Negotiate with investors, partners, and key tenants.
  • Oversee leasing and marketing strategies to ensure profitable occupancy.
  • Coordinate with other departments (such as operations, maintenance, and marketing) to ensure integrated overall performance.
  • Monitor real estate and economic market trends to guide investment decisions.
  • Prepare budgets and business plans related to real estate investments.
