  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead demand planning efforts for pharmaceutical products across Iraq, ensuring accurate forecasting aligned with market demand.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and production, to balance demand and supply.
    • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy using historical data, market intelligence, and analytical tools.
    • Manage inventory across multiple locations, minimizing shortages and overstock situations.
    • Facilitate and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment across business functions.
    • Monitor and adapt demand plans based on real-time sales trends and public health needs.
    • Generate periodic reports on demand trends, inventory performance, and forecast accuracy.
    • Engage in strategic planning discussions to align demand forecasts with organizational goals.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
    • 8 to 15 years of experience in planning and demand management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using demand planning or ERP systems (specific platforms not provided).
    • Familiarity with the Iraqi healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
    • Willing to work 6 days per week.
    • Preference for Iraqi nationals, though qualified international candidates are welcome.
