  Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of subsidiary retail companies across Jordan, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic goals.
  • Lead and manage store managers, area supervisors, and support teams to deliver high performance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics (e.g., sales, profitability, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure all branches adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, finance, HR, and marketing teams to support smooth business operations.
  • Forecast sales and operational trends, and develop plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee staffing plans, training, and development to ensure well-trained and motivated teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership on operational status, risks, and performance insights.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple branches or subsidiaries.
  • Proven track record in improving operational efficiency, driving sales growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail inventory systems, POS systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of the Jordanian retail market, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel within Jordan as needed.
