• Description:
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities using planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
    • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather input and align schedules with construction sequences and milestones.
    • Analyze project progress and performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing planned vs. actual progress, delays, and recovery plans.
    • Identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities, providing solutions to maintain timelines and project deliverables.
    • Track procurement, submittals, and construction activities to ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
    • Support the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis documentation when necessary.
    • Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for schedule approvals, updates, and reporting requirements.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven planning experience in MEP construction projects, preferably in the GCC or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
    • Strong understanding of MEP project workflows, construction methodologies, and coordination among trades.
    • Experience in preparing progress reports, histograms, S-curves, and other planning tools and documents.
    • Familiarity with contractual terms and conditions, especially related to scheduling, extensions, and claims.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
