  • Description:
    • Responsibilities:
      • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) management system for MEP projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and international standards.
      • Lead the QA/QC team across multiple project sites, overseeing inspections, testing, documentation, and quality audits.
      • Review and approve quality-related procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
      • Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement and corrective action.
      • Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and ensure alignment on QA/QC protocols.
      • Prepare and present quality reports, NCR (Non-Conformance Report) logs, root cause analyses, and quality performance summaries to senior management.
      • Drive a quality-focused culture across the organization through training, awareness sessions, and mentoring of QA/QC staff.
    • Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; advanced certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred.
      • Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within MEP contracting or large-scale construction projects.
      • In-depth knowledge of international quality standards, construction practices, and regulatory compliance specific to MEP systems.
      • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary QA/QC teams and interface effectively with project and client stakeholders.
      • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
      • Proficiency in QA/QC tools, documentation management systems, and reporting software.
