• Description:
  A leading group is seeking a highly experienced **Group Tax Manager** to lead its tax strategy and compliance across all business units. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role or currently be working with one of the **Big 4 or Big 10 accounting firms**. This role involves overseeing tax planning, ZATCA compliance, VAT, withholding tax, zakat, and transfer pricing across the group. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage all tax-related matters for the group across multiple entities. * Ensure full compliance with ZATCA and other local tax regulations. * Handle tax audits, assessments, and resolve disputes with tax authorities. * Develop and implement efficient tax strategies and risk management. * Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. * Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s or tax certification is a plus. * Proven experience in a similar tax leadership role or with Big 4/10 firms. * Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws and international tax principles. * Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
