  Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of large-format and specialty retail stores
  • Conduct regular site visits and build relationships with store managers and sales teams
  • Deliver in-store training and ensure branding is well-placed and understood
  • Track performance metrics (GMV, transaction count, conversion rate) by location
  • Develop and execute local activation campaigns and bundles
  • Work with customer service and credit teams to solve field issues quickly
  • Ensure product messaging and pricing offers are clearly communicated in-store

  Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Company product, marketing, and credit teams to improve merchant-facing processes and features
  • Provide merchant feedback to support baseeta product enhancements and experience improvements
  • Help structure scalable merchant success frameworks and playbooks
