  ​Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of e-commerce sellers and aggregators
  • Coordinate integration across web and mobile platforms (via plugins or APIs)
  • Monitor partner performance: click-to-transaction ratio, cart conversion, average order value
  • Recommend UX and CTA improvements to increase uptake during checkout
  • Run collaborative campaigns with merchants during peak seasons and sales events
  • Analyze product performance and optimize based on funnel metrics
  • Liaise with technical support, product, and fraud teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and credit teams to improve merchant-facing processes and features
  • Provide merchant feedback to support product enhancements and experience improvements
  • Help structure scalable merchant success frameworks and playbooks
  • May perform other duties as directed and required.

  Technical Competencies

  • Comfortable working with APIs, plugins (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), or payment gateways
