• Description:
  1. Market Expansion

  • Research and identify new business opportunities—new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Lead market entry initiatives across different sectors and regions.

  2. Pipeline Management

  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with merchant activation, account managers, and marketing to ensure warm handover and conversion.

  3. Strategic Sales & Partnerships

  • Develop and pitch tailored value propositions to high-potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in collaboration with legal and finance.

  4. Relationship Building

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key external stakeholders—clients, partners, regulators.
  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise-level prospects and new strategic clients.

  5. Internal Collaboration

  • Align with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure offerings meet market needs.
  • Provide customer insights to influence product enhancements and marketing campaigns.

  6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, and market feedback.
  • Present performance reports and strategic growth recommendations to leadership.
  • May perform other duties as required

  Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Arabic and English Proficiency is required
