  Primary Function and Scope: A Digital Product Manager will lead the user experience and delivery of our personal finance digital products. This role owns the customer journey — from onboarding to daily usage — ensuring intuitive, reliable, and engaging experiences that drive impact and retention.

  Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmap items
  • Work with UX/UI designers to craft seamless, mobile-first experiences
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and digital analytics reviews
  • Define success metrics (engagement, NPS, adoption, feature usage) and optimize accordingly
  • Manage product backlog, write user stories, and lead sprint planning sessions
  • Ensure digital journeys comply with accessibility, privacy, and security standards
  • Align with Commercial Product and CX teams to deliver value-driven digital features
