  Primary Function and ScopeA Digital Product Manager – Credit Cards to lead the end-to-end digital experience for our credit card customers. He\she will be responsible for building intuitive, secure, and engaging features across the customer lifecycle — from application and onboarding to usage, rewards, and payments.

  Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the digital roadmap for credit card products
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver seamless onboarding, self-service, and transaction experiences
  • Lead development of key features such as instant issuance, spending insights, reward redemption, and fraud alerts
  • Use digital analytics tools to monitor user journeys and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements
  • Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to refine features
  • Ensure alignment with risk, legal, and compliance requirements for all digital touchpoints
  • Support mobile-first design and ensure cross-platform consistency (iOS, Android, Web)
